The TD Platinum Travel Visa Card's annual fee is $89, slightly lower than the average yearly fee of $139 for most TD cards, lower than the Amex Gold's $350 and the American Express Marriott Bonvoy card's $120, and way lower than the Amex Platinum Card's $699. However, to complement the reduced annual cost, the card provides less comprehensive travel insurance coverage than several personal travel credit cards like the ones mentioned and lower earn rates as well.
