- Create your account with your phone number or email.
- When Cash App asks for a referral code, type 737GWQC.
- If you skipped that screen, tap the profile icon, then Promos & invites, and look for Enter a code.
Cash App’s invite page says to enter the code when you create your account, so do it during sign-up if you can.
How to get the $5 bonus
- Enter the code in your profile when Cash App asks for it.
- Link a debit card to your Cash App account.
- Send $5 or more to another Cash App customer within 14 days of using the code.
- Get the $5. Cash App adds the bonus to your balance once those steps are done.
Rules that cancel the bonus
- Missing the 14-day window. The $5 payment has to go out within 14 days of using the code.
- Not linking a debit card. It’s one of the steps Cash App lists.
- Sponsor and teen accounts. A Sponsor can’t get a bonus from a teen account they’ve already approved.
- Already having an account. Referral bonuses are for people who are new to Cash App.
Cash App’s terms say referral bonuses follow its current program terms, and otherwise it decides at its own discretion. So the amount can change.
Who can use this code?
Cash App’s Terms of Service say you must live in the U.S. and be at least 18, and the age of majority in your state.
